I am working with a meeting transcript in GTM for the first time today. Some of the transcript segments have two or more names connected with them, when it should just be one. It looks like I *should* be able to change the speaker, but the system isn't letting me do that. I'm the admin on the account. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

You can sometimes see multiple speakers simultaneously when there is another attendee un-muted, and feeding the conference a bit of background noise. I'm sorry there's no way around this behavior for the time being.
I understand why more than one speaker is identified, what I need to know is whether this can be edited after the meeting. Right now it looks like that should be possible (see picture), but the feature doesn't seem to be working. Are you saying that the company is not working on this fix?
