We are using PolyCom Trio 8800s in Hybrid mode resistered to our phone system. I would like to create speed dial entries that go to the Waiting Room for GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar so when our employees need to meet with a client they can just enter the code and join the clients meeting. This would avoid having them have to enter the entire address in the SIP call. I was able to do this for Zoom. Does anyone know of the GoToMeeting address for this? I looked online for quite a while for both the Webex and GoToMeeting info and only see how to enter the full path to place the call. Thanks
Hi @Rankly ,
When it comes to conference room systems, we currently support H.323 protocols with In Room functionality: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomeeting/help/inroom-link-for-video-conference-rooms-and-systems-g...
Thanks for the info. It looks like if our client is not using the GoToMeeting Plus version we won't be able to connect to their invite. We are trying to stay as inoperable as possible with going to using a conference system as we can - many of them want to lock you to a vendor - and we don't have an issue using them internally as we can - but we work with a lot of clients and government agencies and may not be able to use our internal conferencing. Thanks for getting back to me.
GoToMeeting InRoom functionality has improved!
We now support many SIP phone systems as well as H.323 communication standards.
