I recorded a gotomeeting session yesterday (1/8/2020) at 3:01 eastern time for 2 hrs. When I look at my history, the recording isn't there.. The customer that I was training in this isession was dependending on it. IS there any way you can try to recover it?
If the recording is not still processing, and is not within your Meeting History, then the most likely place to find it will be the PC used to host the broadcast. You should be able to search there by the title of the meeting itself.
I'm afraid we do not keep copies of customers recordings ourselves for privacy reasons.
