My company has the Gotoroom solution including the Nuc, Mimo screen, EagleEye camera, and Polycom 8500. Unfortunately the Nuc has never recognized the Polycom as an audio device so I cannot hear any sound on any Gotoroom calls. Has anyone ever had this issue or is there anyway to fix this at all? Thanks.
@BruceBanner I apologize for the incompatibility there, as it sounds like a normal set up. I think it's best if you call into Customer Support when you have a few minutes to troubleshoot the connection and fully document the environment.
