Problems in the installation on Mac

In September I will start using Gotomeeting on my Mac with a study preparer. He will give me the account in September to use it and communicate during the course. My problem is that I´m trying to leave the software ready for this September, I download it, I install it and everything seems correct at the beginning. But, the next day, when restarting the computer or after a few hours, the software disappears from my Macbook and I have to reinstall it, again and again, always the same. Does anyone know something? Thanks in advance

It sounds like you will be attending training sessions in September using GoToMeeting, if that is correct please note:

  1. You do not need a GoToMeeting account in order to attend a meeting.
  2. The software will launch when you click on the GoToMeeting link that the meeting organizer will send you.
  3. You can join our Test meeting any time to check your system
