I have the same issue. It's the first time I turned transcirption on because I was going to host a long meeting. Will it not be transcribed because it is over 175 minutes? Thank you

@DS2018  That is the currently limit, though I am still looking for more information about the future of this functionality and it's expected behavior.

@JohnM12 @DS2018  The 180 minute maximum on GoToMeeting transcriptions has been released.  You should have no issue transcribing longer recordings now.  I haven't actually reached the upper limit myself, so I'm not sure what that cap looks like yet...

Hello,

 

I had a 72 minutes meeting and the transcript failed again. This is the message:

 

Transcript failed.
The server has failed to generate transcript.
 
Is there a way to still get it generated?

@DS2018  I'm very sorry, when the transcription method fails we don't have any way to manually retrigger the recording process at this time.
