If you search google for "turn off two step verification gotomeeting" it shows a logmeininc page that shows you can turn off two-step verification. It does not seem to apply to GoToMeeting, since the option under users' security preferences. Is this a bug of a feature, because we would like to turn off two-step.
We have a bunch of shared devices, cookies wipe, IPs vary, etc. The two-step is a major hassle. IP white-listing is in a few threads, this is also not available in admin or user settings, but at least should be.
Any options other than calling and being placed on hold?
@meetingrta Sorry, are you utilizing some LMI services with a verfication system of your own? Could you specify which ones? (LMI does not provide 2-step verification services ourselves, but does integrate with others)
We have the same problem. The mentioned manual is here https://support.logmeininc.com/pro/help/how-to-switch-off-two-step-verification-logmein-t-login-poli... This does not apply to user profile in GoToMeeting. We need to turn off two-factor authentication for this service.
@mestomh The only verification system GoToMeeting uses is email based, when a new device is accessing an existing Organizer account. As long as you have access to the login email address, then the new device is immediately accepted. There is no way to disable the security function at this time.
