This is why I canceled my brand new GoToMeeting Contract!
When people enter our meetings using their phone, they enter UNMUTED. When people enter our meeting using their computers, they enter MUTED.
70% of the people connect to our training using their mobile devices, please think for a minute what does it mean listen babies crying, traffic noises, family conversations, etc., when a meeting is still ongoing. Unacceptable!
FYI, I would like to open again a GoToMeeting contract but not this way.
