Windows APP is Hourglassing without dial-in information, 30 minutes after meeting started

This has happened a few times in the last week or so.  My meeting is started (I'm the organizer), I've dialed in based upon the meeting invitation, but the Windows app isn't displaying any of the dial-in information, and the indicator under the phone icon is just continuing to scroll.

Could you specify what Meeting ID, Operating system, and if you were the Organizer?

I was the meeting organizer, OS is Windows 10.   Meeting ID to follow in private message.

The issue hasn't recurred. I'd like to know if you and/or some LogMeIn technical team found and fixed something.

We are constantly looking for and fixing bugs, but have not released any updated software in the past couple of weeks.
