no recording

Good evening! We no longer have meeting notes. During a meeting, the recording icon is lit. And after the record does not appear in the saved. Where to change the settings?

After switching to the paid version, records ceased to be saved.

Hi Maria,

Is it possible that you have Cloud Recording disabled for that GoToMeeting Organizer account? In this case you would find your recordings on the computer that hosted the broadcast originally.

Do you know what type of GoToMeeting subscription you have? Some services may vary depending on the plan.
