I need help

Good morning guys, I paid a boleto for a "standard" subscription last Friday, 10/23/20, until today my network hasn't been changed, I would like more information, because I didn't even receive an e-mail.

@Fcvcampanati   Although we don't regularly send GoToMyPC emailed purchase confirmation, you would have received a set up email after initially setting up your trial account.  If you did not receive this, please check your email spam filter or provider's filtering settings for the communication. 


You may also try sending a forgot-password-email from the GoToMyPC login page.
