The performance was so bad today that it actually removed my control after being provided over 7 times in my session today it was also so bad that I cancelled all my other trainings with GTT and are rebooking with another program, I lost over 1/3 of my training tome today. So to the development team if you are reading this FIX your product or you will loose a ton of licenses, especially with the fees associated with same. The lagging and issues with gaining control is terrible and it makes our product look insufficient when in fact its all GT
another "new feature" that my team discovered today... is this on your list to fix too?
So it looks like only the organizer who added the tests can launch them. That is a pain.
This has happened several times to our trainers, too. I know there are tests added. I can see them, my trainer cannot. It's happened more than once.
If you are "inside the fence" with a client and have a computer and email address with the client URL, then MS Teams can work. Teams is not as elegant as GoToTraining, but is more robust. I wish GTT could catch up, but I cancelled my subscription.
@corbcf @LydiaML Sorry about the unexpected behavior there. We're aware of the conflict with Polls and Tests not being available during some Trainings and are actively investigating the cause. I expect a resolution soon.
That's not the only issue with polls and tests - the attendee doesn't see them properly and have to use the up and down arrows to scroll through the answers! I'm sorry GTT, but this is very poor - your loyal customers should not have to beta test your product, if it's not ready for release then don't release it - shoddy!

I have reverted back to the older classic - Totally agree Jane, we should not be testing in live client situations your beta version and then having revert back, lose functions we had - I saw somewhere just where when I logged in it said "your voice matters". If that is the case, please listen to your loyal users as it sounds like you will lose many (or is that your aim?).

I have left using the new version for a while in the hope that it would be much improved, but sadly not in the areas below.
Copy of my feedback with just 1 delegate today -
Slow with and without cameras.
Visual is very poor in all shares no matter what they are.
Confusing as to why you call the person who originated the session as "organizer" and not "Presenter".
What is difference when you give "organizer" to delegate or "presenter" to delegate.
I want to maintain mouse control at all times.
I cannot see a "give mouse control to all" ?... I do not want to give it individually as time consuming and I want to revoke from all (except the trainer at all times)
Also feedback from delegate I am adding, Confusing for delegate when sharing their screen, it showed all the cameras screen - they did not know where to go.
