Can someone else register multiple people for a training?
Hi everyone! I am wondering if there is anyway for someone else to sign up multiple people at once for a training I am leading. Have now been booted from my own session 3 times today with a "You're done! An organizer has ended your session". I wasn't even using the keyboard or mouse of the system when it happened. Seems to occur about every two hours and didn't happen last week, so whoever added a 2-hour time limit needs to take it back out. And yes my configured session hours are 7:30am-4:00pm. And no nothing has changed on my end, everything worked fine last week. Hi All, Appreciate any help that can be provided in workarounds to solving the issues below. Over the past few months these issues have become increasingly common. When I contact CS they say to check that OS and browser (Chrome) are updated to latest version. Despite this being done issues persist. Thanks for your help! These issues persists among different users in different location on different IP addresses and devices. 1. Uploaded documents frequently failed to appear under the Materials section, even after multiple upload attempts. - Need to close out session and re-load each time to get materials uploaded during a training to display. 2. Testing - When the instructor clicks on 'end and share' on completion of test the test hangs and aggregate results cannot be viewed. 3. Students are unexpectedly disconnected from breakout rooms multiple times, interrupting their group activities and discussions. 4. Documents shared through google drive in breakout rooms hang with error message "Something went wrong" Above issues have significantly disrupted the session flow and affected the overall learning experience of students in our training. We are having a problem with our students in that they are reading the email confirmation without understanding that they do not Join the webinar through the "Before the training" instructions. They click on the test your connection link and they think that by going in there they can access the webinar. They don't understand this is an example that they will see. We have many attendees that find it difficult to adjust their view (to display the polls) and we have taken a screen shot of the fit button but it's not very good. Hi all I have been searching for a while, but still do not find an answer. I can set up a new training, can activate the "certficate for partcipant", but do not see how this certficiate looks like, what is written on, how can I change it... Therefore, cannot use it, will have to create my own certificates... If anyone has advice for me, I will be totally happy. Hi - two of our teammates have experienced this...during a webinar, we run a separate chat in another application (Microsoft Teams) that we copy and paste GoTo messages into so that the team can decide who answers the question or if we need to table it. We keep our team chat separate so that the GoTo chat isn't full of our back-and-forth messages. Once they copy and paste from GoTo into Teams, new messages do not show up in the GoTo chat. They discovered a workaround...when they click "Pop Out" to separate the windows in the interface, wait a few seconds, and then merge the windows back, that takes care of the issue. I have posted this recently, and notice same requests going back to this as far back as 2016!!!!! and no action or even reply from Gototraining PLEASE COMMUNITY CAN YOU COMMENT IF YOU HAVE SAME VIEWS AND GOTOTRAINING ATLEAST REPLY PLEASE. Please, please can you let us brand our own certificates. I have requested this many time and no reply. 1. . Crucially it does not pull through the length of time attended which is why they need them in the first place and 2. It does not fit in with our branding - colours and own log 3. The email to the trainer has a copy of the follow up email, which we include links to feedback. They apppear as hyper links in the email copy to trainer, but crucially, the follow up email which goes to the delegate, does not view them as hyperlinks, ie so they have to copy and past the links to complete feedback or google review, as additional step. Support have confirmed this is the case but community postings do not do anything. I am pulling my hair out on this.
