When a Webinar series is created, attendees can register for the entire series at one time. However, when they click “add to calendar”, it only adds the first occurrence to their calendar. Ideally, it would add the entire series to their calendar.
But at a minimum, please add language making it clear that it only adds the first one.
Our attendees have walked away thinking they just added all occurrences to their calendar. This can result in high registration numbers, but low actual attendance.
