I recently made changes to the follow up emails of existing webinars and upon saving, emails were sent to registrants that did not attend previous webinars from the last three years. My assumption was that the changes were for upcoming webinars and was not aware that updating follow up emails would trigger them to go out for past webinars. There has to be a way to fix this.
