Some customers face an issue that they can't access a registration URL with source tracking. The error massage is "Please try again after a while. We are currently experiencing service issues. Please register for this webinar in a few moments."
It looks like it depend on compatibility between "source tracking" = addtional code on URL and security software. However, they report there is no issue on Microsoft Teams and ZOOM on same network & devices.
Could you advise IT improvement plan as a solution and some workaround with source tracking.
Hi @Kiyomi welcome to the GoTo Community. I'm not currently aware of an issue around a source tracking URL not being recognized due to security reasons. Could you PM me the URLs with the source code(s) and I can take a look? Click on my user name, then you will see an option to message me on the right.
