We have attendees (some that attend many times already), that after registering don't receive the registration email and if I check the registration list on the webinar setting page, they don't appear there either.
How can I solve this issue?

Hi Cristina,
If an attendee isn't even appearing on your registration list, then the problem may be within their browser itself. I suggest testing an alternate browser first.
