We have a webinar taking place now where a panelist keeps showing up in the attendee list despite joining via a panelist link. She has also inputed her audio pin, but on our end it doesn't show that she entered the pin. She can still speak thankfully, but we do not know why she is still showing as an attendee and we cannot mute/unmute her. Is this a glitch?
I'm sorry to hear about your staff's joining problems. It is difficult to say where the hangup is, but I would start by having them join in via telephone, using the Panelist Access Code or Organizer Access Code, and pressing # to bypass the PIN request.
Reboot the affected device, then try joining with the panelist invite again.
