Re: Closed Captioning

Hi @suzia,

We are currently testing CC internally with GoTo Meeting (the GoTo App not Classic). Once it is deemed ready for customers to try we will update the status.

Re: Closed Captioning

Does that mean it will probably be released on go to meeting first before go to webinar?  I appreciated the update but would be good to know approx timescale eg 1 month, 6 months, a year.  It is causing us a lot of problems and more people are demanding it.  For some sessions we have had to move to teams.

Re: Closed Captioning

@aldersv99 as it is in testing currently and planned for this year. Closed captioning can be achieved using Google Chrome, Google Sheets and MS Powerpoint as a temporary workaround.

Re: Closed Captioning

I realise this and we use the workaround but this isn't good if there is a joint presentation or no slides eg panel discussions etc.  CC has been on teams and zoom for a long time please catch up asap go to, so we don't get complaints about disability discrimination.
