Custom Disclaimer toggle

I've added a custom disclaimer and switched toggle to "Turned on" and saved but when I go back into the webinar it's  switched back to Turned off.

When I click the link to register, the disclaimer is there.

This is misleading and very concerning when client is adamant that disclaimer should be showing on registration page. Please can this problem be fixed?

Re: Custom Disclaimer toggle

Hi @SEW1

Does this problem occur in multiple web browsers?

Hi  @AshC

I've tried internet explorer and Edge and I can't log in, my password is not being recognised?

Re: Custom Disclaimer toggle

@AshC  I made sure I'd logged out of Chrome before trying to log in with other browsers.

Re: Custom Disclaimer toggle

OK, thanks for confirming.  It seems this is a superficial / visual notification error that we may need to update on our side.  --As long as the functionality works on the actual registration pages.

Re: Custom Disclaimer toggle

It seems to work on the registration page.

Could you let me know when you have corrected the problem?

Thanks
