I have created several rooms with 500 and 2500 records, when configuring the room I determined that the mail will be sent with the recording of the seminar 1 hour later. But checking the shipment I have noticed that it has been changed to 2 weeks and it does not allow me to modify it again to 1 hour after webinar. Someone knows to that can it be? The room is created with several sessions and with the records indicated above.
Your GoToWebinar schedules should definitely not be changing without your permission once you schedule them. If you are scheduling these as 'recurring' types of webinars, do you have the same issue setting the email followups on 'single' webinars that occur just one time?
