Trying to access the Admin Center of our GoToWebinar account to manage users, but it says contact admin for access. We only have one account for GoToWebinar and associated products, so who is our administrator?
GoTo was having problems with the Admin center earlier today, but should be fixed by now. You should try again now.
HI Chris - i don't think that's my issue as i still don't have access. I'm getting this message:

I have the same problem since a week. There is no possibility to get any help by phone or by that little robot. I'can't install the payment option for my online courses. Very sad as this a loss of income during akready so difficult moments. I hope this will be solved asap
@peter_cooke I don't see any issues with your login currently, it should alreay have admin access.
