Today a few times on the different browser I Was tried a compelete to checkout for gotowebinar pro, monthly payment. But every time responsed a "error screen"
And all the logmeinc sitesi ANYWHERE Has not a ticket mail.
If we have a big/urgent problem, Who is can help us ?
@asciyamagi Customer Support can help confirm if there was a problem with your billing info, but chances are the credit company did not allow for the charge to go through. I would start by checking the credit account to see if the GoToWebinar billing attempt was received.
