Re: Is it possible to join a webinar as an InRoom link attendee?

@MRichter I believe this compatibility is coming early 2021, though I do not have a set time table yet to share publicly.

Re: Is it possible to join a webinar as an InRoom link attendee?

We have GoToWebinar and are hosting a hybrid conference with people attending in person and online. People will be giving presentations with slides (powerpoint). Our room is equipped with the Polycom system. How can we use the polycom camera to host the webinar instead of the camera from my laptop? We want our online community to be able to see the room from the polycom camera, so that they can view the speaker and their slides etc.

Hi @IDS1, welcome to the community.

In order to share a camera and have it visible to webinar attendees, it would need to be connected to a computer that has joined as a Panelist or Co-organizer and recognized by the GoToWebianr software.

We used the PolyCom just like we would have used a telephone to be the mic and speakers for the webinar.
