It seems impossible these days to actually contact someone in the support team. In the past I was able to call, join a queue and then get help. These days I have to put in a support ticket and ait to be called back. I then get an email saying we tried to call but couln't get you so we have closed the ticket. I am literally sitting by my phone and there is no record of a call. This has now happened three times. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Please click on my community name and send me a private message with your telephone number so I can confirm we have it correctly in our system, and an alternate phone number we can try if you have one.
