Re: Issue with audio control on recent webinar

Hi @AshC, i sent a request for the speaker to unmute. When that was clicked, the error message still appeared. All attendees were not unmuted. All organisers were. The ID of the webinar was: 2766661933726270735.

Re: Issue with audio control on recent webinar

I have had folks recently with audio issues  go to the GoTo Control Panel and select No Audio, then reselect Computer Audio.  That clears up a lot of audio connectivity problems.  We should not have to do that.

Re: Issue with audio control on recent webinar

@DL2  The GoToWebinar Um-mute All function is a soft-mute control that should allow participants to un-mute their own audio lines.  If this should fail for whatever reason, then you may call into Customer Support from an affected machine in order to grant them access to the program log files for a full review.

Re: Issue with audio control on recent webinar

Ok. This isn't much comfort when it happens as it can be incredibly disruptive to the webinar and the speaker's confidence - rejoining the webinar and in the software. The customer support line can take well over 40 minutes to be answered, so this doesn't solve the immediate issue when it happens.
