NDI interference?

Hi all,

Had horrendous problems today with camera feeds (they were remote panelists) basically they dropped down to about 1 fps and just broke up all the time.

We did our speed test and 900mbps down 100 up. cloud recording was fine so our issue, probably.

We had 3 NDI feeds on the network. we had already run 2 webinars in the day and those went well, same setup.

Just wondering if anybody has NDI feeds and if it has effected GotoWebinar in any way?

@mitmy  It could have been caused by some LAN latency at the start time there.  If it happens again, are you able to end the webinar and restart the broadcast again to allow those NDI devices to reconnect to the feed?
