the converted MP4 (or WAV file) showed an audio bitrate of 0 kbps.
In the webinar all attendees could hear the organizer and the laptops (WIN 10) own audio device was used. How is it possible that no audio was saved in the recording? Some attendees used e.g. Apple Screen Recorder and they experienced the same issue.
The raw video file was re-converted multiple times, yet the problem persists. How can we make sure this issue does not happen again?

Hi Atte,
If you were using GoToWebinar's integrated audio then this should always be included with the video in your recordings afterwards. Do you see the same behavior when utilizing Cloud Recording as well as when you save the file locally?
