Theres a new survey popping up at the end of all my webinar asking about the quality of the service. This is creating alot of confusion with my candidate viewers since they already have to fill out mine as well. This is also reducing the number of my responses since my viewers are unsure which to fill out and also ads alot of time for them having to fill out now 2 lengthy surveys. Please have this survey removed from all my active webinars and any future ones created. I need this removed as soon as possible as its causing delays in my business.

Yes, correct. Thats the survey popping up, how do I get rid of it for all my webinars. Im assuming im using the same, since I havent modified or changed anything to my account.

Ive been using this service for over 3 years now this has never happened, please let me know if this can be removed immediately, I cant operate my webinars like this. If there is no way to remove this from my webinars please let me know as soon as possible so I can start looking for another webinar provider.

Please advise if this will be fixed asap. Whenever a viewer finished with the webinar, it will bypass my own survey and it will show yours instead when its done on the phone, this is not a great feature and its not right for my viewers to have to answer your survey before being able to answer mine.
Ive been informed that theres no way to stop your survey from showing up before mine. I have cancelled my service after 3 long years of using this service, I would advise to have this quality pop survey removed as soon as possible, as it will cause a great impact on clients who use the survey feature by reducing theirs. In the future if you guys do end up removing this, contact me and I would love to come back ,as Ive had an a great experience with gotowebinar for the last 3 years up until this point. Best of luck.
