Webinar Registration Link now leads to my cloud recording?
Hey there. If someone clicks on the GTW-registration link after the webinar has ended, they can view the recording. But i dont want that ... So, how can I prevent customers from seeing my recordings?...

By default, anyone who registers to a webinar, after the date of the webinar, gets to the recording of the webinar.
I do not want this to happen. The only solution I found is that after each webinar, I have to manually de-activate this option, which is automatically selected, as far as I understand.
This means that I must remain connected and wait up to one hour after the webinar, until the recording is ready and I can de-active it. This is really not practical.
Is it possible to change this for all webinars?
Thanks.

I recently gave a suggestion here:

Answer to Chris Droessler: This does not answer my question. I am already doing what you are saying, as explained in my post.
What I want to know is how to make is once for ever, for all webinars, rather than manually after each webinar.

Under the old interface the default was the other way around. Maybe we can go back??

Our recent webinar ended 2 days ago yet we are still receiving compelted registrations for people wanting to attend. Is there a way to redirect anyone coming to the registration form, after the webinar has closed, to a page or message that tells them the webinar has already taken place?

This is a feature lack and needs to be addressed in a future release. Saying "it is normal behavior" ignores the problem. We can change the description and say "DON'T REGISTER FOR THIS!" but people don't read their screens. We can't disable the registration page after the event, we can't delete the event from our past events list, we can't lower the number of allowed registrations to block additional ones, and we can't change to requiring approvals for new registrations.
We need a way to prevent new users for registering for past events and series. Please add this to the roadmap.

Connective If you linked the GoToWebinar recording with the post-webinar instructions for Registrants, then that behavior is normal.
For new registrants after the webinar ends:
If on you don't want the recording available to any new registrants, you can include it in the Follow-up Emails to Attendees and Absentees instead.
