We've been getting complaints from recipents of the GoToWebinar emails which go out after the webinar has ended. They are saying the video button is hard to see as the button is blue with blue text inside.
Why is this happening, does the styling code need to be corrected in the backend system at GoToWebinar?
I am uncertain if there was a recent change in the GoToWebinar email communications layout or styling. Do you have an email example of what it used to look like for your attendees? Is the experience the same in all languages?
The example I have is the one included in my post and has come from one of our participants.
We have been informed that our salesconsulutant was contacted by several who commentd on the button.
I believe I have seen this before, it was a result of the email client no allowing HTML to be displayed so the button appears as a link.
