We hold several webinars every week. We have a number of attendees who aren't able to cancel once they have registered for a webinar. They get a "Please Try Again. We apologize but an error has occurred while processing your request."
How do we fix this problem?

Hi @MarianPL welcome to the GoTo Community. Is it the same weekly recurring live or recorded event or are these individual webinars? If you PM me the webinar ID, we can take a look. Click on my username on the left and you will see an option to 'send a message' on the right.
Each webinar is different (not recurring) and each audience is unique. The webinars are broadcast live.

@MarianPL could you have the attendee try copy/pasting the link into a window in incognito mode or a different browser?
