We've "GoToWebinar Plus - COVID-19 Emergency Kit" subscription. We are organizing GotoMeeting and GotoWebinar sessions. We can access GotoWebinar administration page ( https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com/ ) , on the orher hand, we could not access GotoMeeting administraion page ( https://global.gotomeeting.com/meeting ). When we try to open, it redirects to My Account Page ( https://myaccount.logmeininc.com/ ). If we try via GotoMeeting Windows 10 applications -> Preferences -> Recording -> Meetings , application tries to open ( https://global.gotomeeting.com/?ticket=... ), but page could not open.
Question: How I can open GotoMeeting Administration web page, or how I could download recorded GotoMeeting Sessions , as I've GotoWebinar Plus subscription?

@tolay It appears that you are already a primary account admin for your company. You should be able to click your user icon in the upper right, when logged in onine, and select either 'My Account' or 'Admin Center' to access both GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar account settings.
GoToMeeting recordings that recorded to the cloud would be available under the hosting Organizer's Meeting History after logging in online.

Yes, there is my user icon in the upper right, when logged in online, and when select 'My Account' , below given page 'My Account' page is coming. When I click 'My Webinars', https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com/ page is coming, this is ok. But when I click to 'My Meetings', system tries to open https://global.gotomeeting.com/#/meetings/upcoming-meetings page, but after waiting a while, redirects to 'My Account' https://myaccount.logmeininc.com/ page again... Namely there is a problem here.
Probably, GotoMeeting team member have to solve and correct this page error or my account error?
Is there any other solution? Or how could I access GotoMeeting call center? I've tried to call there with international call, but they did not open phone about 30 minutes...
