everytime i access https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com, i redirected to https://myaccount.logmeininc.com/
this is my 1st time signup on gotowebiar LITE plan. any help please ? how can i access CHAT SUPPOERT with support team ? i can not do call due to limited langguage. (i am not native english speaker). Please help

You should have access to the dashboard. It may be a timing issue for when you switched your plan, is the issue still happening?

when i access ADMIN CENTER, i CONNECTION time out page https://prnt.sc/f9xFOjqUFmQ-
and when i tried INCOGNITO browser, and login here https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com/, i got this https://prnt.sc/I2araiRoz8Wo for awhile then redirected again to https://myaccount.goto.com/
Previosuly, i was on GOTO WEBINAR TRIAL, then upgrade. So how can i fix this ? i can not make a call due to limited english skill. i am not native english speaker. Please any LIVE CHAT HELP ???

does it mean i have 1 license but not in use ?? or the product NOT ACTIVATED yet ???
