Hamachi changed my renewed premium account a few months ago and with subscription until 7/21/2025 for a free one, leaving me without service to my users!

I was contacted by a representative in English, but it got disconnected. On the other hand, it says it's a toll-free number, but it drained my credit!
Is there no way for a sales representative to contact me??
