Hamachi changed my renewed premium account a few months ago and with subscription until 7/21/2025 for a free one, leaving me without service to my users!

Hello Glenn! You are wrong, I was using it until yesterday, the credit card is charged in my goto and it was renewed, in fact the date until when it expires appeared and it is 7/21/2025, I have emails with an Alvaro Rodriguez who checked my account.

I was contacted by a representative in English, but it got disconnected. On the other hand, it says it's a toll-free number, but it drained my credit!
Is there no way for a sales representative to contact me??
Until yesterday everything was working. If there was a problem with the subscription, no one notified me by email.
