I'm getting a driver update available in the console
- Intel Corporation - Display - 2/28/2018 12:00:00 AM - 220.127.116.1173
but the laptop already has a newer driver
I have already tried uninstalling that driver and running windows update = newest driver
Uninstalling logme in, pass ccleaner, reboot, then reinstall logme in = still getting that update as missing.
Any advice how to solve it???
Central will only show applicable updates that the local windows update agent reports are available. Is it possible that older versions are being shown because that updated was skipped along the way?
@oscarwingartz If you are noticing that a 'skipped' update is causing the reporting to be off target, we can certainly investigate possible resolutions with you.
I've checked for similar cases on this issue, but don't have any other customer reports like it lately. Would you be able to create a case with Customer Support when you have one of the affected PCs avaiable to troubleshoot?
