Error Message
The computer that I wish to access is on line and available however when I click on the icon to log in this message appears "Your session has timed out or the host went offline during your connection attempt". I have restarted both computers mine and the one I am trying to access but it hasn't resolved the issue. I am not sure what to do. I have been on hold for an hour to the helps desk but I need to get some work done:(
The wifi connection is strong in both places. Has anyone had any experience with this issue.
Thank you

Here's an updated security document that you may reference for firewall allowances: https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/logmein-and-firewalls-central-c-lmi-firewalls

Yes multiple reboots.
Version is 4.1.0.14148.
Discovered that it may be related to a DNS security provider.

GrahamM This may be an obvious question , but have you been able to reboot the host PC yet?

Not sure on the LMI version, but Windows 10 2004. I can report back the version in a couple days when I'm back there. Host says it is online (blue), however when I try connect it times out. FYI, both are hard wired and NOT wireless.
Started happening all of a sudden at 8:40 AM PST yesterday.
Same error when trying the desktop client to the LMI host.

GrahamM I apologize for the difficulty there. Can you please confirm the affected operating systems and LogMeIn software versions installed?

Worked fine on Monday and then stopped working yesterday after about an hour.
Reboot of host and client makes no difference and there have been no network changes and I should know since I am the firewall admin.
