I can't stop and close account. How can I cancel the service? Everybody have told same question, but your answer is not honest.
Some answer in this topic told we can choose email or telephone support, but actually there is only phone call support, but nobody answer.
How can I stop the billing?

Why do you change your story? I simply want to stop subscriptions and stop charging.

@KateG , I'm also having a hard time cancelling my subscription... I've called twice and had lengthy conversation with support... but nothing happens.

I see your most recent case was closed because the product, LogMeIn Central, has been cancelled. I'm unable to see any other product associated with your account.
If still have something open, please specifically say what it is, how you are being billed, and any other relevant information and I can add it to the case. Thanks.
