I am using LogMeIn Pro. Lately either the remote printers don’t show up or when they do the printing font size is wrong. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the program on host computer. Sometimes this will fix the problem but now it hasn’t.
As we haven't released any recent updates I would suggest completely removing the Printer from Windows, rebooting, and then reinstalling clean with the latest driver for the Printer.
