I've set my logmein to remove the wallpaper when we login remotely. I was helping one of our Apple computer users.
After I disconnected the session the client told me that that logmein rescue was frozen and they had to force quit the application.
As a result their wallpaper hasn't reverted back. I asked the client to restart their apple computer but it didn't fix the problem.
Is this just a simple matter of choosing their wallpaper again or is there something more to this?
The client called me and said they fixed the problem by just selecting their wallpaper again.
We have cleints reporting this issue as well. Haven't found a fixed aside from having them reset their wallpaper manually after a connection is finished.
