Invalid Administrator username or password

I have set up unattended access multiple times and cannot get the administrator and password to work. I can log out of the administrator user while connected via LMIR (customer starts connection by going to logmein123.com) and I log back in using the same username and password I use while attempting to connect via unattended. No issues with logging out and back in. Once I disconnect and use the same username/password I get the 'Invalid Administrator username or password'. I have revoked and re-enabled multiple times already.
