One of our clients are facing error : Start Console communication error . error code(07) Last error (0)
while accessing LMI.
Environment is :
LMI is deployed on Citrix environment . Users are able to login to Citrix and then launching LMI , application is getting launched but after entering credentials this error comes pops up.
Scenario:
4 users are able to access this application within Citrix.
Affected and unaffected users have same AD groups , means Citrix access is similar.
Interesting scenario:
Tim - Affected user
John- Unaffected user
John login to Citrix , Launch LMI with John's credentials - It works
John login to Citrix , Launch LMI with TIM's credentials - It works
Tim login to Citrix , Launch LMI with TIM's credentials - does not work
Tim login to Citrix , Launch LMI with John's credentials - does not work
In Citrix default browser is EDGE
Can anyone give any kind of suggestion how this can be solved.
Sorry I haven't seen that specific error before.
Are both of these users given the same rights within the Citrix environment?

Yes , we have checked Citrix access , it same for affected and unaffected users. Have tried to delete the Citrix profiles as well , that did not work.
This is already done , running the latest available version
Could you please check the GoTo version running on the problem organizer's account? If there are any upgrades available, please retest after the update.
