I do not see the option for about when right clicking the icon in Win11 - Tried from both the taskbar where it is pinned and from the start menu. Still on 4 but it does not seem to show the exact version anywhere to be found. Is there a place to look, it does not seem to be under preferences. Display issues on some machined when remoting in - Ongoing intermittent issue I have this occurring on 2 different machines where the screen does not seem to line up with mouse clicks or shows multiple screen images. Here is a photo of one way one of the machines looks. At other times the screen will display normally but you cannot click on items, mainly menus and application UI will not display properly. no we are not on exchange - So it seems we have lost a very easy to use meeting creation tool. Since using the one we have now in the new version meetings cannot be sent easily from outlook - passwords cannot be assigned ahead of time and need to be set in the email then when the meeting is started it has to be remembered and input exactly or nobody has easy access to the meeting from one location. In talking with Elgato Support this issue seems to be on the gotomeeting side per their engineering team. It appears the Elgato Facecam does not work on gotomeeting but works on everything else. Gotomeeting will not recognize the Camera Hub software as a valid virtual camera source. If this a known issue or is anyone have luck using this camera as a source. It does work on all other meetings softwares as far as I have tried so far.
