Yes ending the session and starting a new one with the same computer happens. Even restarting Resolve it can still come back. It's very odd because its not consistent to any PCs it seems to be random. Strange purple glitching when in remote sessions Is anyone else having strange purple glitching on remote session screens? It's not consistently an issue but it seems to happen randomly for our agents and it's happening across different PCs and different graphic drivers so im not sure thats its graphic related. The issue is not visible on users end only on agent side in the remote session. Disable End User keyboard/mouse during remote session I know one of my teams biggest issues is end users that will not stop moving their mouse or typing during remote sessions and it renders us unable to do anything but sit there and beg them in chat to let us take control back. Can there please be a button added to disable their mouse/keyboard or that when we move the mouse through the program we have priority over them. We are unable to troubleshoot on top of this...GlennD In Session Notifications Converted over from LogMeIn Rescue to GoTo Resolve recently and was wondering if there was any future plans to have notification sounds and blinking icons on the task bar to let you know when users have replied in sessions. It seems crucial when multitasking on tickets. Sessions flickering when just viewing My team and I have been experiencing issues where when accessing any PC in the company, unattended or attended, the session seems to flicker a LOT. It seems to only happen when you aren't actively clicking in the session when the session turns black and white then it flickers. Is there a way to stop this? It happens on EVERY PC so it can't just be a graphic driver issue. Solved
