If I dial them from my GoTo client, everything routes to my other solution as anticipated. With the dialing tool steps in GoTo dial plans, there is really no option to do a simple dial unless you are an active direct extension or group within the PBX which overrides any extension mapping. Coming from a lot of prem systems, we could always just dial "digits" and not only just active pbx extensions or DID\TFNs. Would this be possible? Ever? Custom dispositions First of all, thank you for enabling dispositions outside of salesforce. Definitely a positive thing. We would like you to consider custom dispositions as we are in healthcare and most of the dispositions or wraps pertain to sales and are not really applicable in our case. We are appointing patients for different services like Orthodontics, General Dentistry, and Oral surgery. While we do collect payments in the case of our revenue cycle team, largely we would like the ability to do a custom disposition or wrap code that again pertains to what the individual department is charged with. Ability to use a DTMF character other than * to escape a queue or IVR This would be immensely helpful for businesses or enterprises that are moving over to the GoTo Connect platform and are migrating pre-existing audio recordings from their old PBX or contact center installation. We have a lot of recordings that refer to a different escape character, especially with regard to languages other than English. Wrap Codes! Wrap codes or dispositions that are assignable by the agents after calls so that they can be reported on. These codes should be both canned and customizable for reporting purposes by supervisors. This should be a feature available outside of a CRM integration. Please add an SMS tool step in the dial plan tool! Having the ability to send a text\SMS as a tool step within the dial plan configuration tool would be amazing. Ideally, you would be able to send the SMS with a specific OB ID with this logic. This would be especially helpful with regard to after-hours notifications of staff and groups within an enterprise. SchedulesAllow supervisor access to schedules without having them be a system admin. Whether they access the feature through the supervisory interface or a scrubbed version of the administrative portal that allows for access to their queues or dial plans schedule. Being able to invoke an override from a queue phone using a star code would be nice as well!
