End User Custom Fields in Tickets
The Custom Fields are great, but it would really be helpful for the End User to be able to see and input information into custom fields as well. Being able to set which field is required would be a great addition to that as well. An example would be that in our school district, we have multiple sites and have teachers coming and going every year. Allowing us to add a custom field for "Site/Location" and then the end user being able to put their sit in that field would be very beneficial.263Views3likes1CommentConnection Alerts
Can someone explain to me what "Connection" GoTo Resolve is monitoring for its connection alert? We have the Unattended Access on our Security Camera NVRs and I have set up an alert to tell me when they are offline for a minimum of a minute or two. I get alerts for them being offline and when I go and check them, they are just fine. They are connected to the internet and everything. Then I will randomly get an alert for them coming back online even though they were never offline.352Views0likes1CommentRe: Add custom fields to Tickets and include them in reporting
Is there an answer to whether we can make custom fields viewable to the end user as well so they can enter the information themselves that the OP asked? Also, choosing what we can make required or not and the ability to remove fields (such as due date) would be helpful.556Views0likes0CommentsRe-Arrange Categories
The ability to re-arrange our categories by either drag and drop or even an up and down arrow would be a great addition. Currently, the only way to re-arrange the ticket categories is by renaming them (which then changes all the tickets that category is associated with) or deleting all of the ones below where you want to put the new one in the list. It makes it very tedious to keep the categories in alphabetical order for ease of use for our end users.1KViews6likes6Comments
