I would like an automatic refresh when data was updated, but if not then at least a refresh that is set to a certain interval.

This feature has been added, but now the table layout of the helpdesk is very weird looking. If you are just showing 10 per page you have a huge space to the right and if do 100 per page then it fills the page, but the columns are spaced weirdly and make it look weird.

I would like to be able to automate some things when a ticket comes in.
One example of this would be when a ticket comes in automatically assigning a category or automatically deleting it based on certain criteria.
