More event notifications
I feel like the option to choose which notification events a browser will display would be super useful. Inbound, Outbound, Answered, Missed. There is already a browser notification for inbound calls. This would be useful because it would make it easier for browser extensions to act on these events. As of now I have to deploy a backend to register a notification channel and then use websockets to communicate to the browser extension. If the app.goto.com app would use browser notifications for more events the extension would be able to hook into the notifications and act on them. That would be soooo nice.Zoho CRM Call Logs
Hello GoTo Community, We have been integrated for quite some time now between Go To and Zoho CRM. As we start to analyze our recruiting efforts, I've noticed that the outgoing call logs are being recorded as incoming calls. When we select the phone or call icon inside Zoho CRM, the pop up window appears and our desk phone rings. We answer our desk phone and then the call is placed to the lead or person that we were attempting to call. When this happens, the call activity type is labeled as "Incoming". When we physically use our desk phones to dial out, everything is logged correctly. Do you have any immediate plans to fix the call log type when utilizing the call icon inside Zoho CRM? Both the Go To help person I spoke to on the phone and Zoho developers stated that this is a known issue on the Go To side of things which is why I came here. The original Case Number for the ticket I opened was 20299433 which has just been closed since they couldn't help me out directly. Support for Grandstream ATAs
Hi, I would love to see support in GoTo for Grandstream's line of various ATA models. We use these extensively for fax and analogue services for customers due to their reliability and feature set. Currently I have to manually provision these with SIP credentials, which necessitates a call to GoTo support every time I need to make a change to one of the units. I would love to see these added to the provisioning system, as they appear to have the ability to input a provisioning URL, the same as all the other supported grandstream devices. These are the models I would be interested in: HT801 - 1 Port FXS Adapter HT802 - 2 Port FXS Adapter HT812 - 2 Port FXS Gateway (With Router) HT814 - 4 Port FXS Gateway (With Router) HT818 - 8 Port FXS Gateway (With Router) In addition I would also be interested in model GXW4224V2, which is a 24 FXS port gateway, but this runs fairly different software to the smaller units. Hi, Would like to see Android Auto integrated into the mobile app. I take calls when I am out driving, and in Australia, it is an offence to handle your mobile device whilst driving. If a call comes in I have to pick up my phone to touch the answer button. This is a big no no in the land downunder!! The RingCentral app allows you to answer a call in Android Auto. Mathew
Pipedrive Integration--call/SMS logs in Deals
I appreciate the integration with Pipedrive. It creates a log entry for every call and also captures the text content of every SMS and voicemail for any person in the Pipedrive contact. It logs this information on that contact's record. However, it would be very helpful if the information was also logged into the record of whatever deal that person is attached to. A deal can be sitting there going "stale," when in realty, we been texting back and forth or having phone calls. This integration would be so much more helpful if the "deal" was updated. I contacted Pipedrive, but they said they don't control how the integration works...so now I'm making this request of you.
Compatibility with Apple Watch - Calls Ring on Watch
I'd really like compatibility with Apple Watch that would allow for calls to ring through on my watch. I like to keep my phone silent and use my watch to only important notifications during the work day, but I miss calls through GoTo because the notification/ring doesn't come through on my watch as it does with standard calls.Ability to copy button configutation from phone settings.
It would be nice to see this added to the PBX, having the ability to take a phone with the properly configured buttons and copy that "master list" to the rest of the phones, or a specific list of phones.
