Add a multi-session registration report
Please allow for multi-select so that we can pull multiple webinars at once for Registration and Attendee reports! I schedule dozens of webinars a month, and my account managers are asking for a comprehensive list of our clients who have attended my webinars over the past year. Exporting each webinar to excel and combining is so time consuming and I don't have the time to do it! I love your product other than this huge limitation. (moderator's note: A multi-session attendee report has been added)7.8KViews2likes24CommentsBulk reporting option
Use GTT weekly, LOVE IT, but I need a report of the attendees for all sessions over one year, no way to do in ONE list. Cannot do report on every session, too much time and effort makes it impractical. Also why not have a feature like the one that lists upcoming session with the names and emails of participants that attended kept accessible, then I could go in an copy email. This pertinent information needed for marketing, communication and customer service feedback more effectively.6.6KViews0likes21CommentsPhone attendance report
Hundreds of our participants are blocked from downloading and logging into GoToWebinar’s platform by firewall protections at their places of work, and we anticipate this number continuing to grow. However, those who are blocked by firewalls are still able to access our presentations over the phone using the number and access code from their GoToWebinar email invite. In order to accurately capture the attendance of our presentations, we need to know how many participants are calling in. This metric has become increasingly important for gauging the reach of our program as we have transitioned to an exclusively virtual environment during the pandemic. While we appreciate the updates that GoToWebinar has made in the Analytics section, we also understand that collecting call-in data is available for GoToMeeting and would like to request the addition of this feature to GoToWebinar as well. Thank you in advance for considering our request that we feel would benefit our organization as well as yours.4.6KViews3likes12CommentsIdentifying who clicked a registration link for Go-to-Webinar without registering.
Identifying who clicked on a registration link for Go-to-Webinar and diddn't register. To keep things simple, we link directly to the Go-to-Webinar registration forms from our emails. We can then see the recorded number of people who have visited the registration page but can't identifying them unless they register. It would be useful to know who has visited but not registered.3.7KViews0likes4CommentsLonger Date Range than a year in Generate Reports
Our webinars are still being viewed. 365 days is the cut-off date to pull a report from the "Generate Reports" page. After that we only see the name and not the email address of who viewed the webinar. Can you make this cut-off date range maybe 2 years or increments of n years?3.1KViews0likes5CommentsAdd search functionality to search by company name, participant name..etc
My company offers training to our customers on a daily basis. These trainings are required as they go through the onboarding process so we often need to be able to look up whether a customer has completed a specific training class with us. The current reports make this a very difficult process. It would be amazing if we had a search functionality that would allow us to look up whether a specific company or participant has attended and the date and time attended. If not a search functionality, updating the reports to allow for this information to be found would be fantastic. Running an Attendee Report by session is not efficient for company's completing training multiple times a day.2.5KViews0likes3CommentsAdditional Report Formats
Is there a way to download report details in a format other than Excel or CSV? These are great if you are feeding them into a 3rd party database or reporting system, but if I just want to send my panelist(s) a quick chart or overview, I need to jump through so many hoops (some due to our own network settings, undoubtedly) to download an Excel file -- which initially doesn't open because my system thinks it's corrupt -- then I have to either run it again or go open it from my Downloads folder, then it opens in Protected mode, so I have to enable Editing. THEN I can start reformatting the text because the header data causes spacing issues with the results data further down in the report. I've attached a screen shot of the "Performance" report as an example. This is not a readable format. Can't something like this be downloaded as a read-to-share PDF? Similarly, the Analytics > Engagement section has a nicely formatted chart view of the survey and Q&A results. I would like to be able to download the results in EXACTLY THIS FORMAT. Instead, I can only download into Excel or CSV.2.5KViews0likes6Comments
